To achieve the ultimate effect Chameleon colors are best seen when applied over a black base.
When using with epoxy: prep your object with a black base and add chameleon pigment directly into epoxy and apply to your object. Can also be applied to tacky black spray paint, by way of a makeup sponge evenly rubbing on pigment.
When using with Makeup: Best when applied over eye shadow primer.
