Emails received outside of normal operating business hours will be answered in the order they are received and on the next operating business day. (emails will be monitored outside of normal business hours for emergency order and shipping assistance) 

 Please be patient with shipping, major delays are expected during the holidays. If you have questions regarding the status of your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier for your package.
