Order Processing and Shipping

UPS DOES NOT SUPPORT SHIPPING TO PO BOX ADDRESSES
Orders are processed and shipped on the day they are completed by the customer, during normal operating business hours. If you need help with your order please send an email to redrockglittergirls@gmail.com for further assistance.
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL ONCE PLACED. WE CANNOT CANCEL ORDERS.
SHIPPING:
Free shipping offered on all orders of $125.00 or more!

Same day shipping is available for orders placed before 3:00 pm (MST) during normal operating business hours. Orders placed after 3:00 pm (MST) will be shipped the following business day.
Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to be received. In some cases your order may be received sooner then the allotted time.
If you have issues with the delivery of your package, please contact your postal carrier or the carrier used for your shipment.
First Class packages: have NO insurance and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
Priority packages are insured through USPS. Please contact USPS within 48 hours if there is any damages or you are missing your package to initiate a claim. Please include pictures of the damage or utilize your tracking number when prompted.
Local Pick Up Orders and Returned Packages:
All orders placed are final. No cancellations will be accepted. you have 48 hours to pick up your order unless you've made other pick up arrangements with Red Rock Glitter Girls LLC. I will do my best to make several attempts to contact you once your 48 hours has passed. If my attempts are unsuccessful, your order will then be voided/canceled and you will be refunded minus a restocking fee of 20%.
Packages returned for incorrect or insufficient address will be refunded minus a restocking fee of 20% after several attempts to contact you for correction.
