THERE IS A 7-10 BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS. However, your order is usually processed and shipped out within 3 business days, but I allow time for correcting issues or errors while printing

IF YOU DO NOT SELECT ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION, RED ROCK GLITTER GIRLS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER YOU SELECTED AT CHECKOUT AND OR ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION. THIS IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF RED ROCK GLITTER GIRLS. 

Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to be received. In some cases, your order may be received sooner than the allotted time. 

If you have issues with the delivery of your package, please contact your postal carrier or the carrier used for your shipment. 

First Class packages: have NO insurance and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

Priority packages are insured through USPS. Please contact USPS within 48 hours if there are any damages or you are missing your package to initiate a claim. Please include pictures of the damage or utilize your tracking number when prompted. 

Packages returned for incorrect or insufficient address will be refunded minus a restocking fee of 20% after several attempts to contact you for correction.
